The Hellraiser is the product of an exciting partnership between Mechforce and custom knife designer Jim Skelton. Engineered for precision and durability, this high-performance folder boasts a robust titanium frame lock crafted from 6Al4V Titanium, paired with a full-size 3.80” blade made from premium VANAX Superclean steel. Complementing its construction, all small components and hardware are titanium, while eye-catching FatCarbon inlays adorn both sides.
Drawing inspiration from the well-known Hellraiser fixed blade series, this full-size folding version retains the striking recurve tanto blade with a harpoon tip. The design is based on the Hellraiser V2, incorporating refined features such as a pronounced forward finger choil and the distinctive "Devil’s Moon" crescent-shaped inlays that wrap around the pivot. To ensure hassle-free adjustments, a captive titanium pivot prevents spinning, securing a perfect fit.
Designed for effortless deployment, the Hellraiser features a crisp ceramic detent for a snappy flipping action, while ceramic bearings provide an ultra-smooth opening and closing experience. The ergonomically contoured flipper tab is built for repeated use, offering comfort without fatigue. A hidden lanyard post within the backspacer preserves the knife’s sleek, uninterrupted design, while the flipper tab discreetly tucks behind the bolster when open for a streamlined look.
Completing the package, the sculpted and skeletonized titanium clip incorporates Todd Begg’s innovative ball-bearing retention system, ensuring secure carry with snag-free functionality.
