Shipping and Returns Policy

Order Processing

In-stock orders are normally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Preorder, customized, made-to-order, and special-order products may require additional processing time. Any estimated shipping schedule for these products will be shown on the applicable product page or order confirmation.

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Occasionally, an unexpected inventory or production delay may occur. If we cannot ship your order within the stated time, we will contact you with a revised estimated shipping date and provide the option to continue waiting or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please review your address carefully before submitting your order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be deducted from any applicable refund or charged before an order is reshipped.

Returns

30-Day Return Period

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and uncarried
  • Unsharpened
  • Uninstalled
  • Unmodified and undamaged
  • Free from scratches, wear, mounting marks, or signs of use
  • Returned with all original packaging, accessories, paperwork, hardware, certificates, cases, and promotional items

Products must be in a condition that allows them to be resold as new.

A product may be carefully inspected after delivery. However, carrying, cutting, sharpening, installing, disassembling, modifying, or otherwise using the product makes it ineligible for a standard return.

Return Authorization

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Product being returned
  • Reason for the return
  • Photographs, when the item is damaged or defective

After the return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Products sent without prior authorization may be delayed, refused, or returned to the sender.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns caused by a change of mind, accidental order, compatibility mistake, or selection of the wrong product, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Mechforce is not responsible for a return package that is lost or damaged before it reaches us.

Mechforce will provide or reimburse reasonable return shipping when:

  • We shipped the wrong product.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect.
  • The return is required because of an error made by Mechforce.

Please do not send a collect-on-delivery return.

Refunds

After receiving the return, we will inspect the product to confirm its eligibility.

Approved refunds will normally be issued within five business days after inspection and will be returned to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless:

  • The product was defective.
  • The product was damaged before delivery.
  • Mechforce sent an incorrect product.
  • Applicable law requires the shipping charge to be refunded.

Manufacturing Defects After 30 Days

A product that develops a possible manufacturing defect after the 30-day return period may be eligible for warranty evaluation, repair, replacement parts, or other service.

Normal wear, misuse, improper maintenance, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, improper installation, corrosion, cosmetic wear, and use outside the product’s intended purpose are not considered manufacturing defects.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or the package appears lost in transit, contact us so we can work with the carrier.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check all entrances, mail areas, and locations where carriers normally leave packages.
  2. Ask household members, neighbors, building staff, or the local delivery office.
  3. Contact Mechforce promptly if the package remains missing.

We will assist with the carrier investigation. Claims and replacement decisions may require completion of the carrier’s investigation, proof of loss, a police report, or other documentation.

Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order that has not entered fulfillment. Once an order has been processed, packaged, or transferred to the carrier, it may no longer be canceled and must be handled through the standard return process.

Customized, engraved, made-to-order, and special-order products cannot be canceled after work or procurement has begun.
