My initial thought was that for $10 you can't expect much, but boy was I surprised. The detail and finish are excellent and it is relatively solid. I did not hesitate to add this to my $225 Seekins Precision Lower. I got the matte black finish since I was looking for a subtle addition to the lower and nothing flashy. Highly recommend, in fact I just ordered a couple more. One for another lower and one for the Harley.
Great decorative addition to highlight any item and give it a bit of personalization and uniqueness. Strong solid adhesive backing and a smooth shiny finish. Just give whatever surface you're attaching this to a good cleaning before applying. Not sure how well it will hold if you have to remove it and reapply the decal. Luckily for me I managed to apply it just where I wanted it on the first try. Exactly what I was looking for and will more than likely order another one.
Always looking for ways to personalize my Colt M4, and this was a nice touch. I too placed this on the rear of my buffer tube (covering the drain hole). The shape of the cut out in the rear of the stock looks like it was made for the Punisher Skull. Cleaned it first with rubbing alcohol and then applied the skull. You only get one shot to get it right, so take your time. I got mine straight but not completely centered. Still looks great so I'm not going to mess with it (I bought two of the flat black, so maybe I will). Carrying my rifle with the muzzle at an angle, pointed down (my way), you see it always looking back at you - cool.
